Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of the items, they must be returned in their sealed, unused condition to be eligible.

To start a return, contact us at info@perfumeboutique.co.za for return arrangements and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
